FULL-STACK DEVELOPER
Cartman Digital is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Full-Stack Developer, eager for continuous growth and development in an innovative landscape.
What We Expect from You:
A thirst to learn new ways of working and new technologies. We don't expect you to be familiar with functional programming using Clojure, but we do expect eagerness to learn it.
Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Dedication to teamwork.
Proven experience in implementing integrations between complex systems such as ERP's, warehouse management systems, payment gateways, and other similar enterprise systems.
Requirements
Must be residing within the European Economic Area
Must have proficient English language skills
Must have prior experience in either one of the following ecosystems:
Backend: PHP, Typescript (Node) or Java/Clojure (JVM)
Frontend: React, Svelte or other modern frontend frameworks
Responsibilities
Plan, develop, test, document and deploy e-commerce systems for our clients using Clojure in association with our senior team.
Plan, develop, test, document and deploy dynamic e-commerce storefronts with modern Svelte frontend framework.
Define and gather project-specific requirements.
Contribute to internal tech trainings, demos, and knowledge sharing. Occasional blog content contribution is a plus.
Bonus Points for:
Experience with Clojure programming language and functional programming.
Hands-on exposure to ecommerce platforms (Magento 2, BigCommerce, CommerceTools).
Experience with headless CMS tools (Contentful, HyGraph, Sanity).
Knowledge about the eCommerce industry and large software projects implementations.
Understanding of container technology and previous work with Kubernetes and Cloud Run.
Able to communicate using Finnish language (can be useful with client communication, but not mandated for this role)
